We are looking for a Junior Regional Sales Associate to support the sales growth and development of the Retail and Contract verticals within a designated geographical area. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role focuses on assisting with account management, developing customer relationships, supporting independent sales reps, and helping expand brand awareness.
This is a developmental role ideal for candidates with foundational sales experience and a strong interest in growing into a full regional sales leadership position. Domestic travel (up to 40%) is expected; some international travel may occasionally be required.
This role is designed for someone who is ready to take the next step in their B2B sales career. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, willing to learn, and excited to grow into a full Regional Sales Manager position over time.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or sales support role such as Inside Sales or Customer Service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of business development or customer relationship management
- Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proactive, with a customer-focused mindset
- Basic familiarity with CRM and ERP tools (Salesforce, Sage, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel, learn, and grow in a dynamic team environment
- Strong sense of teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills using English as the primary language
- Comfortable working in an international environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Customer Engagement -
- Assist in supporting independent sales representatives by helping coordinate communication, materials, and customer follow-up
- Attend customer meetings and trade shows alongside senior team members to develop selling skills and product knowledge
- Provide assistance in responding to customer inquiries and coordinating with inside sales and customer service teams
- Help maintain positive customer relationships through responsive communication and issue tracking
Retail & Contract Sales Channel Support -
- Collaborate with senior sales managers and regionals to support regional sales strategy execution
- Help monitor performance of retail and contract accounts, including tracking sales goals and progress reports
- Support account onboarding processes, from CRM setup to initial product training coordination
- Participate in prospecting efforts by identifying new leads and inputting them into the CRM system
- Assist retailers with merchandising, product recommendations, and platform usage (with guidance)
- Help manage sample requests, marketing material distribution, and presentation preparation
Tradeshow & Event Assistance -
- Support tradeshow planning and logistics, including setup, teardown, and follow-up activities
- Attend trade events and assist in presenting brand messaging and product highlights to attendees
Reporting & Administration -
- Assist in preparing sales reports, travel recaps, and market feedback summaries
- Maintain accurate customer and lead data in CRM systems
- Help monitor and report on rep activity, customer needs, and market insights
- Support the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Professional Development -
- Participate in internal training sessions and product education opportunities
- Learn the fundamentals of regional sales management, including territory planning, strategic selling, and key account development
- Observe and contribute to contract and retail channel growth strategies
- Shadow senior team members during customer visits, internal reviews, and sales presentations
- Other tasks and projects as assigned
